Fr. Haley Deserves Our Thanks; He was a Man Ahead of His Time!

The McCarrick scandal has finally blown the cover off the cover up and people need to demand change before the next generation of altar boys and seminarians get the Uncle Ted treatment. We haven't even begun to see the end of this. And so I urge you to take a look at a few articles (and comments) I've posted at the Les Femmes blog.

  1. There is no way this rampant abuse is confined to one diocese in Pennsylvania. I hope this is the beginning of sweeping this evil out of the church worldwide.

  2. Contact Michael Voris (tips@churchmilitant.com)...he just did a report on the possible investigation of all NY dioceses (including Ogdensburg...Bishop Loverde's old stomping ground)...Father Haley sad affair needs to return to the light of truth.

  6. Is there some way we can get donations to Fr. Haley?

  7. No, that priest was NOT Fr. Haley's classmate; he was younger. I still grieve for his loss. He was in our parish as a seminarian and was a personal blessing and an answer to prayer. I was asking the Lord to provide someone one of our children would listen to who would say the same things we would who would be listened to. He was that person. I pray for him and hope one day he will return to the priesthood. Although he may be married now. I've lost track of him. Bishop Loverde damaged so many of our good orthodox priests. God have mercy on him. He now lives at the priests' retirement home and does confirmations in the diocese. I'm glad he has not done any that involved my grandchildren.

As for Father's financial situation and donations, I spoke to him recently and he said he is doing alright. I will ask him if he wishes me to say yes to these requests for donations. He has no permanent address so I don't know where to have them sent. I'll ask him how he wants to respond.

  9. I'm heartbroken at the abuse described by Father Haley. I'm also been wondering about him and praying for him mightily.
But, I have to say personally, please don't use Michael Voris of Church Militant to get the word out.
Many people, including myself, have little respect for his reporting.
I would be honored to interview him and share his story at my website: https://enteringintothemystery.blogspot.com

  11. Does anyone know what Bishop Burbidge's opinion is on Father Haley situation? Or is Loverde still too involved in the diocese for anything to change?

  12. I don't know. Several people have asked and I suggested they write to the bishop. If you do, please send me a copy of your correspondence and I'll post it with or without your name.
