When you are alone and persecuted, it's easy to feel abandoned. Although I know that many people support Fr. Haley with their prayers, he is isolated and has no way of knowing because he has no permanent address. This blog gives Fr. Haley a permanent address on the internet where he can read the messages of those who support him. Leave him a message, a word of encouragement, a spiritual bouquet.
If Fr. Haley were a lesser man he would have abandoned the Church he loves long ago like so many before him. He would probably be married and have a family. But when he became a priest he gave himself to his bride, the Church. This forced estrangement is not his choosing, but his suffering.
